Carrie Shea

Carrie has over 30-years of Strategic and Marketing Consulting experience. She began her consulting career at A.T. Kearney, a leading global management-consulting firm, and became a Partner in the Strategy Practice.

She spent 13 years with A.T. Kearney working in the consumer products, retail, and distribution sectors, assisting clients with their growth and marketing strategies.   After leaving A.T. Kearney she founded three award winning consulting firms and successfully sold two of them.  She was President of Ipsos NA, one of the world’s largest market research firms, she ran IRI’s (now Circana) consulting division and was a Managing Director in PWC Strategy& consulting division.

She currently advises and consults with Phoenix Strategic Advisors, LLC, and sits on the advisory board of two AI start-ups, Attribute Analytics and Northlight Analytics.  Carrie is an expert in Corporate Strategic Planning, New Growth Opportunity Identification, Corporate and Brand Positioning, and Marketing Effectiveness.  Carrie earned an MBA and a BA from The University of Chicago.
